Quality Checked from Production to Shipment

At J-Focus, quality control goes beyond the final inspection. We focus on key production stages to help ensure consistent appearance, reliable workmanship, and compliance with agreed product specifications.

Our Quality Control Process

1. Material Inspection

Materials are checked against the agreed requirements before production begins.

2. Manufacturing & Polishing

We check dimensions, edges, surface condition, and polishing quality according to the product design and manufacturing process.

3. Stone Setting & Assembly

For applicable designs, we check stone placement, bonding, setting security, alignment, and component connections.

4. PVD Plating Inspection

Finished surfaces are checked for color consistency, coverage, and visible defects.

5. Final Inspection Before Packing

Before packing, finished jewelry is checked for appearance, workmanship, assembly, and order specifications. Quantity and packing requirements are also verified.
